Design requirements:
The general integrated prefabricated pumping station is designed according to the long-term scale, and the pump unit can be configured according to the recent scale. Because the sewage pumping station is easy to produce flammable, explosive and toxic and harmful gases during the pumping process, it must be designed as a separate building and take corresponding protective measures. Anti-corrosion measures should be taken for buildings and ancillary facilities of sewage pumping stations. The distance between the pumping station and the residential building and public buildings should be set separately to meet the requirements of the planning, fire protection and environmental protection departments. The shape of the ground building of the pumping station should be coordinated with the surrounding environment, so that it is applicable, economical and beautiful. The outdoor base elevation of the pumping station should be determined according to the urban flood control standard and meet the requirements of the planning department; the indoor floor of the pumping station should be higher than the outdoor floor 0.2-0.3m; for pumping stations that are vulnerable to flooded areas, the ground elevation of the entrance design should be more than 0.5m above the design flood level; when the above requirements are not met, temporary flood control measures such as gate grooves can be set at the entrance.

Environment and working conditions:
·The ambient temperature should be -40 °C ~ 40 °C.
·The relative humidity is preferably 25% to 85%, and the anhydrous beads are condensed.
·The water medium delivered by the pumping station should meet the following requirements:
The temperature should be -5 °C ~ 70 °C;
PH value should be 4~10; (over-range use should be made at the time of ordering)
The maximum diameter of the particles in the conveying medium should be smaller than the diameter of the selected water pump.
·Power supply:
380V (±10%), 3-phase five-wire system, 50Hz (±5%);
220V (±10%), single phase, 50Hz (±5%).
·Vibration: <0.5g, vibration frequency 10Hz-50Hz maximum vibration acceleration should not exceed 5m / s2.
·The equipment operation location is generally applied to non-conductive or explosive dust (for occasions where the environment is required, please make an order when ordering, you can configure explosion-proof submersible pump (ExdI, ExdIIAT4, ExdIIBT4, ExdIICT4) or explosion-proof control cabinet, no corrosive metal or damage insulation gas or steam.
