Introduction:
The Urban integrated sewage pumping station is the ideal solution to replace the traditional drainage pumping station. It is an integrated integrated pumping station. The cylinder of the pumping station is made of thickened mechanically wound GRP fiberglass. Internal pumps, piping, valves, instruments, control equipment, and other accessories required by the user are provided in sets, and are shipped after the installation test.

Requirements:

1. The integrated pumping station of the submersible self-coupled installation can not only consider the pump maintenance space, but only meet the requirements of pump installation and hydraulic flow state;
2. Dry-mounted water pump, the layout should consider the pump installation and the water pump suction pipe flow state requirements;
3. When the pump is equipped with air-cooled motor, the plane layout of the pump station should also meet the heat dissipation requirements of the pump;
4. The plane size and layout of the modular wet well pumping station should meet the requirements for installation, upgrading and daily operation of major equipment such as pumps and grilles;
The design of the integrated pumping station should be designed separately for the structural form and material of the pumping station, the selection of the supporting equipment, the plane layout of the pumping station, the vertical arrangement of the pumping station and the instrumentation, electrical and control equipment of the pumping station.

Working process:

The intelligent integrated prefabricated pumping station integrated automation system for remote monitoring has three basic functions, namely monitoring, control and management functions. The monitoring function is to remotely monitor the data collection and equipment operation monitoring and alarm of each pump station site, specifically monitor the pump operation, stop, fault; grid operation; gate valve switch in-position signal and flow, liquid level , rainfall, transformer current, voltage, etc. The control function remotely controls the operation of the pump, grille, gate and other equipment of each pump station. Management functions, not only production data processing, accident records, data curves, statistical printing of various reports, etc.

Environment and working conditions:
·The ambient temperature should be -40 °C ~ 40 °C.
·The relative humidity is preferably 25% to 85%, and the anhydrous beads are condensed.
·The water medium delivered by the pumping station should meet the following requirements:
The temperature should be -5 °C ~ 70 °C;
PH value should be 4~10; (over-range use should be made at the time of ordering)
The maximum diameter of the particles in the conveying medium should be smaller than the diameter of the selected water pump.
·Power supply:
380V (±10%), 3-phase five-wire system, 50Hz (±5%);
220V (±10%), single phase, 50Hz (±5%).
·Vibration: <0.5g, vibration frequency 10Hz-50Hz maximum vibration acceleration should not exceed 5m / s2.
·The equipment operation location is generally applied to non-conductive or explosive dust (for occasions where the environment is required, please make an order when ordering, you can configure explosion-proof submersible pump (ExdI, ExdIIAT4, ExdIIBT4, ExdIICT4) or explosion-proof control cabinet, no corrosive metal or damage insulation gas or steam.
