The sewage integrated lift pump station has the characteristics of small volume, high efficiency, anti-corrosion, anti-leakage and intelligence. Compared with the traditional pumping station, the amount of civil works is small, the manufacturing and installation cycle is short, and the investment can be reduced by more than half. The pump station is easy to install and reliable, and it is a substitute for the traditional concrete sewage pumping station. The sewage integrated lift pumping station mainly uses a sewage treatment device below the ground in the municipal industrial basement drainage, subway drainage, living area, factory and so on.
It is widely used in living communities, villa groups, factory collective living areas, etc., as well as drainage and sewage treatment of hospital health systems. Domestic sewage itself has good viability, and the pollution level of pollutants is low, degradable and easy to handle. This can help the formation of biological bacteria, promote the reproduction of microorganisms, and the sewage treated by biological bacteria can effectively meet the discharge standard.
Customized on demand: All are designed according to the parameters provided by the customer to ensure that the allowed working conditions of the pumping station meet the requirements for use.
Advanced design: CFO flow field calculations are used to remove solid particles such as sludge as much as possible from the equipment.
Industrial control design: Schneider Electric, touch screen design, including communication RS485 interface. The pumping station should have manual control, automatic control and remote detection functions, and should be freely switchable between different control modes.
New material: The cylinder structure of the pumping station is made of fiber-wound glass reinforced plastic (GRP). It is equipped with Italian (VEM) equipment and fully automatic control of continuous winding type to ensure uniform thickness and design rigidity, and the quality is stable and excellent.

Environment and working conditions:
 ·The ambient temperature should be -40 °C ~ 40 °C.
·The relative humidity is preferably 25% to 85%, and the anhydrous beads are condensed.
·The water medium delivered by the pumping station should meet the following requirements:
The temperature should be -5 °C ~ 70 °C;
PH value should be 4~10; (over-range use should be made at the time of ordering)
The maximum diameter of the particles in the conveying medium should be smaller than the diameter of the selected water pump.
·Power supply:
380V (±10%), 3-phase five-wire system, 50Hz (±5%);
220V (±10%), single phase, 50Hz (±5%).
·Vibration: <0.5g, vibration frequency 10Hz-50Hz maximum vibration acceleration should not exceed 5m / s2.
·The equipment operation location is generally applied to non-conductive or explosive dust (for occasions where the environment is required, please make an order when ordering, you can configure explosion-proof submersible pump (ExdI, ExdIIAT4, ExdIIBT4, ExdIICT4) or explosion-proof control cabinet, no corrosive metal or damage insulation gas or steam.
