The classification and configuration of integrated prefabricated pumping stations

The integrated prefabricated pumping station is a device for lifting and draining sewage, rainwater, drinking water, and wastewater. 1. Water supply pumping station

2. Drainage pumping station

Drainage pumping stations are divided from water filling forms: self-priming pumping stations and non-self-priming pumping stations;
Drainage pumping station is divided into plane form: round pumping station and rectangular pumping station;
Drainage pumping station is divided from the combination of pool and pump: joint-built pumping station and sub-built pumping station;
Drainage pumping stations are divided into control modes: manual control, automatic control, and remote control.
Structural characteristics of the drainage pump station:
a. There are water pump units and auxiliary equipment during the season;
b. There are grilles and regulating water supply devices installed in the pond;
c. pulverizing larger particles of impurities in the water-arresting grid;
d. The pump station has auxiliary rooms and storage rooms, and repair room.

3. Rainwater pumping station
Characteristics of rainwater pumping station: large flow and small head. Axial flow pumps are mostly used, and mixed flow pumps can also be used;
The choice of water pump: generally no less than 2-3 sets;
Models should not be too many, one or two kinds;
Head requirements: The average water level of the accumulation pool exceeds the higher water level of the pool.
Cistern volume: not less than the 30S water output of one large pump.
It is necessary to avoid vortex in the sump.
The outflow facility is an outflow well, outflow pipe, overrun pipe, and discharge port.
Grille: The width is not less than twice the width of the inlet channel, the gap is 50-100mm

4. Pump station configuration requirements
a. The volume of the sump
Large pumping station: not less than the volume of the larger pump in the pumping station for 5 minutes;
Small pumping station: meet the requirement of storing the inflow at night;
Automatically control the pump station: require the pump to start about 6 times per hour
b. Layout of pump set
Vertical arrangement, horizontal arrangement, and horizontal double-row arrangement; the unit spacing and channel size, refer to the water supply pump station; the design flow rate in the pipeline should not be less than 0.7m / s.
Pump unit foundation: main considerations: foundation height, distance between foundations, width of main channels, auxiliary pump layout, etc.
c. The power load level of the pumping station:
One-level load, one large and one medium-sized urban water plant, does not affect production;
A part of the urban water plant of the second-level load allows short-term water cut-off;
The third-level load is a town water plant, only a small plant for domestic water.
d. Voltage selection:
380V - one small-scale water plant, <100kW; 10kV - one most small and medium-sized water plants; 35kV - one large water plant.
There are three types of substations: independent substations, attached substations, and indoor substations.
Commonly used motors are three-phase AC asynchronous motors.
Motor speed regulation - synchronous speed regulation (pole change, frequency conversion), slip speed regulation.
e. Requirements for water suction pipeline and pressurized water pipeline
Requirements of water suction pipeline: 1. No air leakage; 2. No gas accumulation; 3. No air suction. The flow rate in the suction pipe should follow the relevant regulations and should not be too large.
Requirements for pressurized water pipelines: The flow rate in pressurized water pipelines can be appropriately enlarged.
