How to install the integrated prefabricated pumping station?

Step 1: to investigate the situation of the scene
In terms of the installation of the integrated prefabricated pumping station, the structure of the site is very important. For this reason, it is necessary to inspect the on-site excavation plan before installation, and pay close attention to the safety of the foundation pit during excavation. The bottom of the pump pit must be dry, no water if necessary, appropriate precipitation measures must be taken. Take appropriate foundation pit maintenance to avoid pump pit collapse. The bottom of the pit should be dug flat, if necessary, a layer of stone-free pebble is laid, compacted with a compacting machine, and the compaction test results can reach 90% compaction. After the pump pit is excavated, it is confirmed that the site conditions such as the inlet and outlet pipes of the pumping station and the cable are available for the pump station installation.

Step 2: pump pit excavation
In order to consider the stability of the slope, possible drainage methods, etc., should be suitable for the current soil environment. The bottom edge of the pit can be used as a small collecting well to drain at any time to ensure that there is no water in the bottom of the pit.
Must be excavated according to the design drawings:
(1) Construction layout according to the plane position, elevation and geometric dimensions of the drawings.
(2) Extend the foundation pit control pile to 2 meters outside the foundation pit to fix it.
(3) The foundation pit excavation should maintain good drainage, and the collecting well should be set outside the foundation pit to facilitate drainage of the basement.
(4) Excavate to the middle sand layer with a digging machine, excavate the upper layer of soil, and then backfill it with the matte to the base elevation.
(5) After the excavation of the foundation pit, the bearing capacity of the foundation should be inspected (the base bearing capacity requirement is greater than 150kpa). If the bearing capacity does not meet the requirements, it should be handled according to the instructions of the supervision engineer.
(6) During the excavation of the foundation pit, if it is found that the enclosure structure has leakage, it must be sealed in time.

Step 3: lay the foundation
To ensure the normal operation of the integrated prefabricated pumping station, it is necessary to lay the foundation of the well bottom during the installation, flatten the bottom of the well, sand and compact. If necessary, lay a layer of stone-free pebbles, compact with a compacting machine. If it is a sensitive foundation, special care must be taken when performing compaction operations.

Step 4: Correct installation of the wellbore
Clean the surface of the concrete floor with a brush to ensure that there are no dirt and other debris between the mounting surface and the pump mounting flange. Lift the pump body with the lifting hook and place it in the middle of the anchor screw ring on the concrete floor. When operating, do not touch the pump body to the anchor screw, because the anchor screw can easily damage the surface of the pump body. Pay attention to confirm the correct direction of the inlet and outlet of the tank, and pay attention to the need to fall in the center of the concrete foundation to ensure uniform pressure on the compacted layer. Check if the pump station is vertical. Install the mounting bracket and tighten the nut. In the concrete grouting process, the pumping station is filled with water to at least 1500 mm to obtain sufficient balance. Grout holes on the barrel can be used. Ensure that the concrete fills the entire bottom of the cylinder evenly during the filling process.

Step 5: Pipe interface connection
Before connecting, backfill the low side of the connecting pipe with cobblestone or sand around the pumping station wellbore and compact it. The installation of the inlet end should be checked: the pipe and the sealing ring must be clean, the inlet pipe should be aligned with the joint, and the connected anchor screws should be fastened. The flange section should ensure that the seal is tight, the tube is aligned, and the symmetry is evenly tightened.
