How to remove the odor in the integrated pumping station?

The integrated prefabricated pumping station is to suck some liquid substances such as sewage, wastewater, rainwater, or drinking water into the pump station barrel through the action of the pump, and then the sucked wastewater through the grid filtering system to the pipe in the process of the network, then in the large-area collection system that the pump station serves, after long-distance transportation, not only the waste water or sewage itself has some exhaust gas and odor, but also during the compression process, odorous gas is generated. 

Especially the sewage pumping station and the confluent pumping station are more likely to produce waste odor gas. The reason why these two pumping stations are easy to generate gas is that anaerobic conditions are easily formed inside the sullen drainage pipe, so that the nitrogen and sulfur organic matter in the sewage will be sorted into malodor substances, when the pump station is started, the operation will cause the substances dissolved in the sewage to enter the air and form odor pollution. Most of the waterless pump stations enter confluent pump station's water accumulation cylinder, and the grid filter system filters garbage every day. The odor emitted during the filtration process. In the control pump room, high-concentration odor will also escape from the pipeline during the maintenance period and when the equipment is disassembled.

In the use of pumping stations, how should we remove the odor in the integrated prefabricated pumping station?

First of all, the barrel of the pump station should have an automatic dredging system and a ventilation system, so that the sludge can be automatically removed and the rate of odor emission is reduced. Secondly, the pumping station uses a crushing grid, which can avoid the sewage and garbage in the pumping station being cleaned from time to time, and the crushing grid can directly crush the large solid waste into small particles and transport it with the sewage into the pump, which also reduces the garbage residence time in the pumping station to avoid odor. If the odor has been generated, then we usually use four main removal mechanisms to eliminate chemical pollutants in the air, namely adsorption, chemisorption and catalysis. Chemisorption is generally considered an irreversible process. 


 
Adsorption1: Adsorption is a physical process where contaminants (liquid, gas, or suspended matter) are adsorbed on the surface or pores of the adsorbent material. Adsorption is a reversible process, no chemical reaction occurs, also known as Van der Waals adsorption. 

Absorption2: Absorption refers to the process by which a pollutant penetrates into the structure of another substance. This is different from adsorption1, where adsorption is when a substance exists on the surface of another substance. 

Chemisorption: Chemisorption is similar to the process of physical adsorption. Chemisorption is adsorption caused by the chemical interaction between the adsorbent and pollutants. 

Catalysis: Catalysis is a process that forms a chemical change of another substance under the action of a catalyst. This change (usually causing or accelerating the chemical reaction) will remove contaminants without any change in the catalyst itself. 

The collection and transportation of odor is also very important. The reasonable design of the collection and transportation of odor will greatly affect the treatment effect of the entire odor control and treatment system. Generally, the collecting air pipe adopts a stainless steel square type air pipe, and the collecting buckle of the air pipe is directly connected to the cover plate of the water collection well, and the glass cover plate is opened according to the collected air volume and pressure. 

In addition, a gas collecting cover can be provided above the cover plate of the water supply well and in the grid slag of the grid decontamination machine.
